If it is outside opening hours
Message us. A doctor is reachable overnight and will tell you honestly whether it can wait until
morning or whether you need to arrange a crossing. On a peninsula where the last boats go at dusk,
the decision at midnight is rarely “clinic or bed” — it is “wait, or move now”, and that is exactly
the question we are here to answer.
How to find us
We are on the Railay peninsula, reachable on foot from Railay West, Railay East and Phra Nang.
From Tonsai it is a walk over the rocks at low tide, or a short boat when the tide is in.

Railay has no street numbering and no vehicle access, so the map pin is more useful than the address.
Resort and bungalow visits
A doctor can come to you on foot across Railay West, Railay East, Phra Nang and Tonsai, usually
within about thirty minutes. This suits anyone who cannot walk, which here is a bigger problem than

When you call, say which beach and which resort, and for Tonsai whether the tide is in or out — it
changes whether the doctor arrives on foot or by boat.

- Passport, if you have it — not required to be treated
- Travel insurance details, mentioned at the start of the visit rather than the end
- Any medication you already take, including the box
- For a child, their age and approximate weight

calls in parallel is faster than two in sequence — we can arrange the boat while the ambulance is
